Parkland Estates Airpark is ideally located along the eastern Front Range of the Rocky Mountains, ten miles east of Boulder, Colorado. A community, of 91 lots, was established in 1978 by a group of airplane enthusiasts with a vision to provide multi-acre, fly-in home sites having taxi easements radiating from our paved and lighted 4,200 foot runway. With breathtaking views of the continental divide and the Boulder Flatirons, we enjoy 300+ days a year of supreme flying weather. As a rural community, Parkland is situated in Southwest Weld County, just 30 minutes from the Denver metropolitan area and the Denver International Airport. Parkland Estates Airpark is a private airpark, open to residents and invited guests. A Hold Harmless Agreement must be completed for visiting aircraft using Parkland Estates' runway and facilities.
